In Life Coaching, as I understand and practice it, the client finds the way to their own answers within. Being in a loving and open minded space and state the connection to the Inner Guidance System is more powerful and clarity and answers flow with more ease.
This leads to an overall feeling of empowerment and consciousness about who you really are as a spiritual beig having this human experience and as the powerful creator you are (no matter if you see and experience yourself as such right now or not yet).
Problems and difficulties appear in a different light and coming from a new place and perspective the solutions and answers become clear and obvious. Heartbreak, disappointment, breakdowns reveal their true nature as breakthroughs, misery turns into a mission. Coming from the Soul life feels vibrant again, you will be eager to go out, take things on, open your heart… let life in and experience yourself in a new, energetic, connected and purposeful way.
